The next key to a high energy lifestyle is proper exercise. Now, when I say proper exercise, I am not saying you have to join some competitive sports like basketball or soccer. The best activity for high energy and physical fitness is aerobic exercise. Agressive sports like soccer or basketball can easily burn up too much of your energy, causing you to become too tired to focus on your studies.
Aerobic exercise is a type of exercise that get your heart beat up to your training zone, which is typically 120 to 160 beats per minute, depending on your age. You should then keep it there for at least 20 minutes or more for each session, and exercise at least 3 times per week.
Aerobic exercises come in different forms. It can be jogging two to three miles, cycling, swimming or going to the gym. Your muscles are meant to be used every day. If you don’t use them reguarly, you will find yourself very lethargic to focus on your studies and other daily activities. Stretch your legs, arms and back regularly. Use light weights to keep your muscles strong and your body in shape.

To be an all-rounder, having a high energy level is critical for you to be at the top of yourform. You need to be highly action-oriented, fast moving and extremely productive. Practising a set of good health habits from a young age can help you go a million miles in becoming a young grandmaster. And the first essential health habit is to eat the right foods.
