No more Memory Space?

Is this a common excuse made by you? Looking at the giant pile of notes you have to dissolve in your brain, and the whole list of formulas you have to remember, it is very common to hear many students giving this excuse nowadays.
Do we really have that much memory capacity in our brain to contain so much stuff? The answer is YES! Our brain is capable of storing any amount of information you desire. Each of your brain cell has higher memory storage that any computer in the world and our brain is made up of billions of them. Research has shown that we usually use yp to only 3% of our brain in our entire lifetime. What a waste!
Our memory worked with association. The best way to memorise things is not to burn your notes and drink them, but associating all the information you have learnt to other things you know. Repetition by itself has little value unless it is accompanied by involvement. If there is no involvement, it just goes in 1 ear and out the other.

Memory is critical in all exams. Though schools are directing their questions to more on creative thinking and learning how to apply, memory is still very important in answering many questions. Hence, here are some tips to improve your memory.
